Who should come to ArborFest?
The ArborFest programme is designed for senior leaders and office staff at schools and MATs. Headteachers, C-Suite, Business Managers, Office Managers, and people in similar roles are likely to get the most from the event.
ArborFest in-person tickets are available for all Arbor and SAMpeople customers from schools and MATs. We’re also inviting MATs who don’t currently use Arbor to join us on the day.
If you work at a school not currently using Arbor or you’re one of our partners, we’re livestreaming the Main Stage talks throughout the day so you can still join in! Register for a livestream ticket and we’ll share the link to watch from nearer the time.
How many tickets can I register for?
You can only register for one ticket per person. However, we welcome multiple people to attend from each school, as long as each person registers themselves.
What does an in person and online ticket include?
In-person tickets include:
Free entry to ArborFest
Access to all our talks
Breakfast and lunch are included
An Arbor bag full of Arbor goodies
Join us at an end-of-day drinks party
What will I get with my online-only ticket?
See all the talks on our Main Stage via live stream
A digital delegate pack
What if I can’t make it in person?
ArborFest Main Stage sessions will be live streamed so, if you can’t make it, you can register for a livestream ticket on Eventbrite.
The event is fully booked, how can I get a place?
For in-person tickets, an online waiting list will open once all tickets have been allocated. In order to join the waiting list, please follow the instructions on the ticket page. If a place becomes available, tickets will be allocated to those on the waiting list in the order that people joined, with a notification sent via the email used to sign up.
We will be live streaming the Main Stage talks, so we recommend registering for this if you can’t get tickets this year.
I can’t make it anymore, what should I do?
We know things can crop up at the last minute, but we ask that you let us know at least 10 days before the event so we can give those on the waiting list a chance to come.
If you can’t make it, please log in to Eventbrite or click the link in your confirmation email to cancel your ticket.
You can then register for a livestream ticket to watch the main stage talks during the day and not miss out!
